Catherine was a very powerful woman. Popes, politicians and kings were scared of her. They reckon that she used to float up into the air when she was praying. They reckoned that she could perform miracles. More importantly, she looked after sick and poor people wherever she found them. She was so famous that, after she died, her body had to be locked away and guarded to stop people tearing it to pieces and taking bits home as a souvenir.

This book has taught me alot about religous things and especially Catherine she loved God alot and everything she did was all for him she believed in God and listened to everything he told her she has inspired me to love God and respect him in every way so she is a good role model for people to follow.I found that it is a very interesting book and retells the story about her.
The book 'Catherine of Siena' is a book that speaks about a girl named Catherine. It talks about what she did in her life. How she helped people like criminals, lepers and the Pope.
I think this is a good book because it makes you think and actually talks to you in the modern language that people usually talk to each other. In my opinion it was an informative and yet funny book.
The book was about a young girl who believed she could see God and had some type of contact with him or at least that he was around her and protected her, and her journey through her life. Catherine became a saint after her death, which would make sense after all she had done. It took many years after her death to become one, although I do believe she deserved it.
Catherine of Siena was an interesting book. It was factual about the past but also very interesting. It took the reader on a life journey of the girl and the way she saw things and the way she was seen. I enjoyed it a lot and it was very well written and easy to understand.
An okay book. Maybe if it was a bit shorter. (2and1/2 stars)

Catherine of Siena is a great factual book about her life. I enjoyed this book because of the way it was written with humour and it gave me facts. I learnt a lot of new words and their meanings. It is good to learn about times before you were born. This book takes you on a journey through the world of a very religious girl.
Catherine of Siena is a great book. I enjoyed it and I liked the way that Catherine helped people and when someone was in a fight she was there to split it up
